I have been training on and off for years and have never really achieved the results that I wanted. I would spend hours working out in the gym, but really wasn’t getting results. Rhyanna has given me an understanding of how to work out to best achieve results, in a relatively short period of time. I was looking for a trainer who could help me understand how best to exercise and the technical aspects so I get the best form, and the most out of every exercise, and I found that with Rhyanna.
After training with Rhyanna, I always feel pumped and energised. The sessions go for an hour and are a mix of exercises so I can continue to power through the hour. There is also a mix of weights and kickboxing, which is good to break things up and help keep training fresh.
I have achieved really good results, over the period of 9 months training. I am fitter, leaner and stronger than when I started, and this is flowing into other areas of my life, such as having a better diet and focusing on my health in general. Going to the gym has become part of my life, something I look forward to, and not something extra that I need to do.
I like training with Rhyanna because she tailors the sessions to not only my goals, but to also how I am feeling on the day. Irrespective of what else is going on in my life, Rhyanna can quickly get me to focus on my workout, and I always feel like I have given everything during the workout. I particularly like the way the Rhyanna focuses on my workout, and is 100% there, watching every rep of every exercise to make sure I do it properly
